Registering on IT Sligo Moodle

1. Open your web browser (eg Internet Explorer, Firefox) and go to the IT Sligo Moodle website:
   http://itsligo.learnonline.ie/
   
2. Select "Start now by creating a new account!" on the left hand side.
   
3. Type in a username and password that you will remember ( eg. the same as you have on another system)
   
4. Enter your email address accurately twice.
   
5. Fill in the other details and click on "Create my new account"
   
6. Open up your email and follow the instructions sent to you from the Moodle Administrator.
   
7. Go into the IT Sligo Moodle site, find the course you have been asked to enrol on, and click on it. You may need to enter an enrollment key given to you by your lecturer.
   1. The courses are organised by category and sub-category. Subjects that are shared between areas may in in a sub-category called Shared subjects or else look in the category above. (eg. Distance Learners, School of Engineering
   2. If you cana't find the subject, scroll down to the bottom and search for a word in the title (eg. maths, support etc)
