Start the QBasic Interpreter and open up the relevant exercise as follows:

  1. Using Windows Explorer, open the QBasic folder in your class folder and then double click on the first of the 3 files called QBasic.(you may need to scroll down to find it)
  2. Clear the dialogue window.
  3. Select Open from the File menu.
  4. Scroll down the Dirs/Drives and double click on drive S:
  5. Scroll across the Files 'window' and double click on ex_01.bas
  6. Carry out the instructions in this file.
  7. Do the same for as_01.bas, ex_02.bas , as_02.bas , ex_03.bas and as_03.bas

    This may be tested at the start of the next practical.
