Welcome to Yeats Nature Trail¡
Here, between the Ben Bulben, one of the most awesome
mountains in Ireland, and where W.B.Yeats, the most important Irish
writter of the latest century, is buried, you will find an amazing world
of beuty and nature, where you will have the opportunity to participate
in the adventure of learning why the environment is this way.
The main aim of this Nature Trail is to be an interactive path, this means that when you will be walking around the trail you will not only be able to read a poster about what you are seeing but you will have the opportunity of looking for lichens, aquatic invertebrates etc and learningt about them. One of the biggest aims in this Nature Trail is to try to relate what you are seeing and taking, with the pollution state of the trail. You can also extrapolate this knowledge gathered to assess the pollution state of your own house or city where you live.
